EQ is the catalyst for effective leadership and strong interpersonal relationships.

This course is adaptable to various community settings, including cultural and socioeconomic contexts.
Youth Mental Health First Aid: This course is tailored for those working with adolescents aged 12 to 18. It equips participants with the knowledge and tools to assist young people facing mental health challenges, addiction issues, or moments of crisis. It is designed for parents, caregivers, teachers, school staff, and anyone who plays a supportive role in the lives of youth.
QPR Suicide Prevention Training: This essential course focuses on pre-crisis intervention, teaching participants how to Question, Persuade, and Refer (QPR) individuals in crisis. It builds confidence in managing critical situations with compassion and efficacy.
Why Mental Health Literacy?
In today's rapidly changing world, understanding mental health is not just important—it's imperative. But how much do we truly know about our brains? Unlike our physical health, we often don't develop our mental health with the same level of intention, leaving us vulnerable to the unpredictable impacts of life’s experiences. Our mental health literacy programs are designed to address this gap, providing individuals with the insight and skills to take control of their mental well-being and support others in doing the same.
At Behavioral Health Workforce Consultants, we are committed to making a lasting impact. By promoting mental health literacy, we empower individuals to lead healthier, more productive lives and create stronger, more resilient communities.
Join us in our mission to advance wellness, one organization at a time. Together, we can make mental health a priority for everyone.
